College Students

It's My Party Too receives steady and enthusiastic support from students across the country. Your presence on college and university campuses gives you an instant community of like-minded colleagues and potential IMP-PAC members. You'd be surprised to know how many young adults find themselves politically disenfranchised on campus. Many of you are finding that while many colleges breed liberalism, the Republican voice on campus may be too far to the right on social issues.

Sound familiar?

You've come to the right place. At IMP-PAC, we know from our members that young adults today recognize the urgent need for healthy political discourse. After all, your generation will face the consequences of today's policy decisions for decades to come.

Like us, you understand that there are issues of critical importance being tabled in favor of ideological bickering.

If you are fiscally conservative and socially inclusive, you are what we call a Moderate Republican – or even a true conservative. Historically, the Republican Party represented the belief in limited government. To us, it still should. Leaving social and personal decisions to the individual was among the founding tenets of our great nation, and, unfortunately, the current climate in Washington and across the country too often causes us to ignore this historic fact.

The college and university campus is a key place to effect change. As the future leaders of business and government, you are uniquely poised to raise your voices and demand change.

How can you help return the Party to its historic roots? Consider these questions.

  1. Does your college or university have a Republican Club or chapter of College Republicans?
    1. Join these groups and introduce IMP-PAC and the importance of moderate republicanism. Recruit like-minded classmates to join you and run for a leadership position.
    2. Start a chapter of IMP-PAC on your campus

  2. How many email addresses does the typical student have on file?
    1. Send an email to your classmates, friends, professors, family – tell them to visit us online and sign up if they like what they read.

  3. Are you a blogger? Visit many blogs?
    1. Introduce IMP-PAC and direct bloggers to our site.

  4. Are there club fairs, dorms or dining halls where you can sign up members and distribute information?
    1. We will help you design a flyer or send you brochures.

If you are interested in serving on our college advisory board, in formation, please email a brief bio of yourself to info@mypartytoo.com.
