CAMPAIGN NOTES: Bass and seven candidates for Executive Council and state Senate will be at a forum sponsored by the Nashua Council of the National Federation of Independent Businesses on Thursday at Rivier College 's Dion Center .

Senators David Gottesman, Joe Foster and Bob Clegg are scheduled, as are Executive Councilor Debora Pignatelli and her GOP challenger, David Wheeler.

Senate hopefuls Nancy Wall and Dennis Hogan round out the event, which starts at 6:30 p.m.

Big-name visitors this weekend include Sen. Joseph Biden, D-Del., exploring a Presidential bid, and former New Jersey Gov. Christie Todd Whitman, touring for GOP House and Senate candidates.

Giuliani will be back on Nov. 3 for a First in the Nation Forum in Manchester , a fundraiser for Victory NH , a group that works to protect the New Hampshire primary.
